Samara Zwanger – Content Strategist

Samara joins as our fintech content strategist. She thrives on the “why.” She got her start as a journalist, rising to Executive Editor at WatersTechnology and later co-founding SCREEN, a pioneering fintech news service.

After years of chasing sources, Samara moved to the corporate world, joining global fintech powerhouses SunGard and FIS. For over a decade, she built multi-channel content marketing strategies from scratch, drove brand awareness with major research projects like The Global Innovation Report and The Global Payments Report, and created powerful messaging for hundreds of products and business lines.

Having interviewed senior banking, capital markets and tech executives, she’s had a front-row seat to the evolution of fintech, from the early days of online banking to the latest AI and payments tech.

Today, Samara brings a valuable mix of deep industry knowledge and love for storytelling to The Crowd. She helps brands differentiate themselves with engaging messaging and thought leadership that resonates with their audience and beats industry benchmarks.
