Chanda Shingadia – Head of Client Services
Chanda is our Head of Client Services. Having been a hardcore fintech PR since 2004, she’s more than earned her wings, and is now taking the controls.
At The Crowd, Chanda is responsible for making sure our clients get the very best from us, leading our client services function across PR, analyst relations, content, awards and community engagement.

Chanda has spent her entire career agency-side, working at digital marketing agency Metia before joining Articulate Communications and later The Comms Crowd. She’s led global PR and analyst relations programmes for a wide range of financial services and technology businesses, securing consistent national, business and trade media coverage for clients including Capco, DTCC, Etrali Trading Solutions (formerly Orange), FactSet, Liquidnet, Mambu, Microsoft, Royal Bank of Scotland, Santander InnoVentures and Sapient Global Markets. Chanda joined The Crowd in 2019 but has worked alongside many of the team for well over a decade.
Based in London, she’s a hands on mum, an avid traveller and a keen cook.
